Individual Speech Therapy

I have over 10 years experience working with children, teens and adults with speech and language delays with either no other diagnosis, or as a result of diagnoses such as autism, stuttering, or etc.

I take time to understand each person’s unique learning style and a session with me is never identical with two different people. Depending on their needs, I integrate my Speech-Language Pathologist knowledge with my experiences as actress and director of theatre (including for the Deaf population), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) strategies,  Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies, children’s yoga teacher training, multisensory speech production, executive functioning skills training, and more in order to create a customized treatment plan for each individual.

Speech Therapy Evaluations

I believe every person is more than a number or grade on an exam. On top of standardized exams, I use dynamic assessment to consider a person’s present levels.
